These terms apply to any person who opens an account on comeon where local law permits. By completing registration and funding your account via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, you confirm you have read and accepted the terms in full.

Yes. We may update these terms at any time and will notify you by email or an in-account banner before changes take effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date means you accept the revised version. You may close your account if you do not agree.

Where any clause is found to be unenforceable or contrary to applicable Indian law, that clause is severed and the remaining terms continue in full force. Local law always takes precedence, and we apply the legally compliant version of any affected clause automatically.

Raise a dispute via live chat or email within 30 days of the transaction date. Include your account ID, the date and amount, and the payment method used — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Our team will investigate and respond with a documented finding within five business days.

We keep your registration and transaction records for as long as required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that period expires and your account is closed with no outstanding disputes, your personal data is securely deleted from active systems.
